Series: Memory of a town.

There is no more appropriate word to define Conde Corbal’s work than “memory”. Memory as an evocation of a world imaginated in the key of real utopia, discursive memory of a Galicia born of telluric love, transcribed, in the end, like a faded painting within a figuration that aspires, form the freedom of the expressionist gesture, to narrate an era as historical and cyclical as it is plastic.
